This 6-week program is designed for professionals who want to grow personally and professionally while giving back to the community. Through six interactive sessions, you’ll gain invaluable insights into leadership, economic development, diversity, and service.






In Partnership with Stephanie Werren, Owner of SW Consulting. Stephanie celebrates over 14 years of Leadership development. She is a certified Gallup Strengths Finder coach, who specializes in leveraging individuals' strengths to foster professional and personal growth and how that leads to overall company growth.

Session 2: Applying Strengths in the Workplace
Take a deeper dive into applying your strengths for effective communication, collaboration, and decision-making in your career.


Session 3: Community Leadership & Non-Profit Engagement
Learn how to make a real difference in the community by connecting with non-profits and exploring opportunities for service.


Session 4 & 5: Economic Development & Innovation

Dive into Massillon’s economic development initiatives and learn how the revitalization of the downtown area is creating new opportunities for businesses and residents alike. Explore how you can play a role in fostering growth and supporting local businesses.


Session 5: Arts, Culture, and Diversity
Explore the rich culture of Massillon and discover how diversity enhances our community and workplace.
